Quentin Smith

Owner & Outfitter

Owner and Founder of QRS Outdoor Specialties, Quentin Smith has built his operation from a passion of creating lifelong memories through Western Adventures avid sportsmen, big game hunters, youth hunters, first-time hunters, family excursions, and fishing expeditions based on the principles of branded expeditions of hospitality and professionalism bringing clients in and creating life-long friendships that forever hold true today.

Since 2000 Quentin has grown QRS Outdoor Specialties to encompass properties in both Colorado and Texas to enjoy what the West has to offer.

Born and Raised in Texas until his family moved to Colorado to work the oil and gas industry in 1991 Quentin (better known as “Q”) found a love for the hunting and outdoor industry early in life. Through hunting expeditions with his Dad and family friends Q grew up with the dream of making a career out of the hunting industry and in early 2000 did that very thing. Throughout his high school career Q could be found in the mountains every weekend watching, learning, and studying wildlife behaviors and patterns. This along for his love of working with people soon found him dreaming up ways to create opportunities for people such as himself to enjoy the outdoors.

Jordi Smith

Co-Owner / Guide / Camp Chef
A true Jack of all trades within the hunting industry and a gem to boot! Wife of QRS Outdoors Owner Quentin Smith you will most likely find Jordi cooking up those delicious Western home cooked meals served while on one of our many hunts. From her famous biscuits and gravy to her hand grilled ribeye steaks or parmesan chicken pasta, you can bet that you won’t leave this camp hungry.

From packing elk on her back off the mountain, setting with clients over a water hole in between meals, or just joking with clients and friends over the kitchen table, you are sure to find that her attitude and smile and smart wittiness are infectious to say the least!

In 2018, Jordi joined the ranks of Grace Camo and Lace as a Pro-Staff Member and can be seen on multiple TV shows throughout the season. While she would tell you otherwise, Q would tell you that Jordi is definitely one of the greatest gifts to a family one could have ever received!

While the majority of his guiding takes place in Wyoming for QRS Outdoors, he can be found from time to time aiding in the Colorado adventures as well.
